Dump Truck Flips Injuring Driver On I-195 (Updated)

There was a crash with injuries involving an overturned dump truck on Interstate 195, authorities said.

The crash occurred at about 2:10 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12 on I-195 westbound East of Exit 7 in Robbinsville, according to the NJDOT.

A dump truck lost directional control, ran off the roadway to the right, struck a tree, and overturned, New Jersey State Police said.

The driver of the dump truck was transported to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, State Police said. 

The crash remains under investigation.
